l44r Terms and Conditions

1General Provisions

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between l44r and its users. l44r is an online entertainment platform that provides casino games, slots, live casino and cricket betting services for users in Bangladesh.

5Bonuses and Promotions

l44r offers promotional offers from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which are communicated at the time the offer is made.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. A 25x wagering requirement must be completed before this bonus can be cashed out.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may be used only once, unless otherwise specified.
• Bonus money cannot be withdrawn directly — it is only withdrawable after the specified wagering requirements have been met.
• Any attempt to claim bonus benefits using multiple accounts will result in cancellation of all bonuses.
• l44r reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• The validity period of a bonus is as stated in the offer terms.

6Betting Rules

All bets, game outcomes and prize distributions on the l44r platform are determined and verified by the platform's central server. If a technical error occurs for any reason, the affected bet may be considered void until the error is resolved.

Once a bet is confirmed it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. For cricket betting or live events, order changes after the event has started are not accepted. In slots and table games, each round is treated as a separate bet.

l44r reserves the right to investigate any suspicious betting patterns and, where necessary, to void bets in order to ensure fair play.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the l44r platform:

• Fraudulent activity, such as providing false information or attempting to win bets through manipulation.
• Playing games using automated bots or algorithms.
• Misuse of bonus offers or bonus arbitrage.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Using third-party payment methods.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Attempting to hack or damage the l44r system.
• Harassing or disturbing other users.

If any such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately, all balances and bonuses may be forfeited and legal action may be taken if necessary.

8Account Suspension and Termination

l44r may suspend or terminate an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Any breach of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or provision of false information.
• Failure to provide requested documents within the specified time.
• Long-term inactive accounts (no login for more than 12 consecutive months).

Users may also request account closure at any time through our support team. Upon closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned, provided all verification has been completed.
